RETURN POLICY

To start a return, please email  within 7 days of delivery date to request your return. We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item(s) to request a refund in the form of store credit. 

Please be sure to send back your items(s) in full accordance with our return policy:

  • Any returns after 7 days of the delivery date will not be accepted. 
  • All unwanted item(s) must be shipped out within the 7 days of delivery date. 
  • Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. 
  • Item(s) must be free of stains, make up, deodorant, snags, and mysterious smells.
  • Bodysuits, swimwear, and undergarments are non-returnable. 
  • All accessories (sunglasses/jewelry) are FINAL SALE. 
  • All home items (candles, water bottles) are FINAL SALE.
  • All Beauty products are FINAL SALE.
  • All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a QNL E-Gift Card/Store Credit (Review our policy for E-Gift cards). 

How to Make a Return:

Before making any returns, please ensure your item(s) are eligible by referring to our return policy listed above. 

  • To start your return, email support@queensnlettos.com using the title "Return." In the body of the email, please provide your order number, reason for the return and the list of item(s) you are requesting to return.
  • Please package all unwanted items(s) and send to the return address we will provide. Once we receive the package, your E-Gift Card will be processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Queens N Lettos is not responsible for any charges affiliated with return shipping. Also, we are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep proof of postage and/or tracking information when shipping back your returns.

Please Note:  

  • Returns that are not compliant with our policy listed above will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. 
  • All items are inspected before shipping out to ensure they are undamaged. Should you receive a garment in a damaged state, we must receive an email and clear picture of the damage within the first 48 hours. 
  • Please be aware that any beaded & sequined items are all individually made and they must be treated delicately and with love. We will not accept any faulty sequined or beaded items that have obviously been worn or used by the customer.
